29th April I purchased a new lap top, it did not work correctly so 3 days later I returned to the store with tha lap top, the sales receipt clearly stated ' if your product has a fault don't worry as will will offer a replacement of a full refund' after standing in the store being ignored for 30 minutes finally some-one come to see me, I explained the problem and asked for a credit note as I was running late and this was refused, I asked for a refund again this was refused, i showed the statement on the back of the receipt but that made no difference at all the manager was just ignorant and very unhelpful and refused to do anything I rejected the goods and left them in the shop, almost 1 month later citizens advice called the store and they could not have been nicer I was offered a replacement at the same price but they did not have one at the same price which meant I had to fork out another? 66 for an like model, Curry's /PC world do no honor the statement on the receipt and is misleading customers In the past year I spent in excess of? 3500 in this store now they will not get any more trade from me, give this company a miss they do not respect customers consumer rights.
