The Fedex delivery driver, after knocking at my door today and in absence of response, left my parcel with a friend passing along in the street as she approched him to offer her help. Tha's the first thing I'm not happy with.

The driver did not put a card through my door neither left a message on my phone to inform me of his doing...

The "friend" who collected the parcel did not inform me either...

It's only after I looked to the tracking and called few numbers to have the number of my local fedexdepot that I was able to feel reassured...

Considering the cost of you service, I was expecting more professionalism from Fedex.

I don't think I will use fedex in the future and I will definitely pass the word around...
