Faulty bag

Was recently bought a carvela Alexandra bag for a Christmas present. Had to return it twice to the store ordered from as it started
Coming away and peeling from handles. The underneath of bag all stitching as come away.. really not good quality very disappointed. Ordered it for the 3rd time see how this one goes..will be very upset if nothing gets done about this.
