De' Alans Construction Company
Posting on Craigslist offering employment for a driver but requiring applicant to cash a check and send money back to them., Scotland

This company name is connected to postings on Craigslist. One ad is offering employment to anyone possessing a CDL-B license while the other ad is looking to rent a house. I've found variations of both ads posted in several different states. The ads generally offer little or no information. Once the ad is responded to, the replying email is always nearly exactly the same with the exception of the company president's name. So far, I haven't gotten a response from them with the same company president. They also use yahoo email addresses rather than a company email address.

Once they reply back to a response to their ad, they request personal information and also require the respondant to cash a check for them and send them a portion of the cash.

This is obviously a scam. I have searched online for the De' Alan Construction Company and so far the only hits I've had are complaints or Craigslist ads.
