I purchased a HP Desktop computer from comet August in September the power button light stopped working. I had a extended warrenty cover so called comet. The engineer phoned to cancel agreed date and time and re-booked but then cancelled again. He also told me not to mention this to comet. He finally arrived checked the PC. He ordered a new power button which took a week and a half to arrive, it then took another week for the engineer to come and install it. On my arrival from work i noticed something odd, He only installed the wrong power button and also broke the front case trying to force it on. To my frustartion I phoned Comet again. They sent the same engineer whom took another week to arrive. He took the PC away for a repair at the branch. It is now almost December and they still have not repaired the PC as the parts have not arrive. For a simple power button light it has taken comet 2 months and it is still not resolved. Thanks but no thanks Comet you have cost me a fortune for the £2oo for the extended warrenty and £600 just for the base unit and you have shoved 2 fingers up at the customer with your very poor service.
