UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE

My name is ramatu muhammed. i reside in england. i wish to complain about wu-yi. i saw there on line advertisement and i ordered. the deliverd, but instead of taken the 5 pound the said the will charge, the charged me 17pound. subsequently the took another 5.62 for web access i had not subscribed for. today, i found out that the some of 45 pound have been taken from my account without my permission. i have tried to reach them on their number, but to no avail. i will to request fro a refund am cancell any agreemnet i have enter unknowly because the terms and condition did say the would take any money unaothorized.my e-mail is ramlad22@yahoo.com
