What can I legally do?

I bought a sat. dish & set top box from sky for £150 in2004 receiving a limited package of programmes on my t.v. In july we were offered a 3 months free service of the FULL packages from Sky. WE had to choose from several of these what package we would like to receive all are different prices. WE chose a package costing £27/00 Per month after the Fee offer finished. We had to tell them which we wanted 2 Weeks before. They are now telling me I have to pay £43/55 Which THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT Despite 12 or more Emails sent to them asking them Why To date I have not received any satisfactory answers, What Can I do Legally? Someone suggest please. Thanks Frank
