Disgusting, heartless, thieving scum!

Sky have been taking the piss out of people for years but as long as there is no real competition they will continue to do so but in this instance they have hit an all time low. They stole my nine year old sons easter money, they disgrace me.

My son ordered WWE wrestling for £14.95 which is, in my opinion, daylight robbery. He watched about 20 mins of it before it suddenly disappeared from his sky plus box.. I rang sky tech who told me they would send a signal to solve the problem and that sky customer services would refund the money. They were wrong. Sky customer services said that because my son had watched some of it they would not refund anything. Apart from disgusting, heartless, thieving scum, it also indicated to me that if sky are that hard up they need to steal from children, then the company is clearly in trouble. The quicker they go under the better as far as I'm concerned.
