I tried to make two bookings for five tickets online yesterday. The first booking went through well, the second one I had to terminate due to a spelling mistake. So far no problem, if Expedia wouldn't have debited my credit card for this second trip. Also no problem yet, because I mailed and after two responses not really answering the problem, I was told to call the Call Centre. The first agent claimed that they have only received one payment; I checked with my bank - two payments went through. I called again with the authorisation number, but the agent didn't even take note of this detail, also claiming that they only had received one payment. I then went back to the person that responded to my initial mail, now receiving a mail that they won't respond to mails send to this address and sending me to a website where I must file my problem... what a terrible service and bad attitude - and over R15'000 being taken off without us having a confirmed flight...
