Charged twice for oversize

I traveled from London to Paris with a bicycle. Air France charged me for the oversize of the bike bag. When I got home I saw that they deducted the amount twice. I emailed them and they confirmed that they only deducted the amount once. I attached my bank statement to show them that it was deducted twice. I have not yet had any response from then after sending them two follow up emails.

This is really unacceptable.
