NO REFUND!! OVER 3 1/2 MONTHS

In March I booked a reservation for NY directly with Tatyana at Woogo. 2 hours later while online I found a quote for the same property for substantially less. I immediately called Woogo back, again talked to Tatyana who assured me the reservation was cancelled.
Wasnt I surprised when the bill came from my credit card with the charge!!
I immediately started a email/phone call barrage...
I have been assured, reassured, promised, sworn to that the refund-$900) was issued.

To this day (100 and counting) NO MONEY has arrived.
The customer service department never answers, personnel seems to come and go, and email and phone calls go unanswered.
If you travel--DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!
