We booked 4 nights in Central Park Tempo Hotel. It was so terrible when we arrived that we only stayed one night and were very reluctant at that. (It was too late at night to change our accommodation). We did the correct procedure of calling Woogo to advise them we were not staying the other 3 nights and listed all the reasons and deficiencies of this hotel. We found other accommodation by ourselves and continued our trip. We found on our return home that they had billed our Visa card for the full 4 nights' stay.

That was April and despite many many calls and emails and stories about "its in the mail" etc. we have never received our refund. I note now (January) when calling their customer service department that the phone is no longer in service and can only deduce that the company is going down the tube.
