Bankrupt

I have not been able to use my Nomi sim card for a few weeks now. There is no way of contacting them as I have tried so many times with no luck. I have found out today that they have gone bankrupt. I would like the credit back from my phone and also the PAC number to change my number over. If you could help me that would be great.
