I have been using Nomi for a few years but haven't been able to make a call for over 3 weeks. However, £15 was taken from my account for an automatic top up only 18 days ago - after I started having problems. Unless I get a new bank card this could continue to happen. How can I get my money back and ensure that it doesn't happen again?
