Disgusting after-sales service from Planet X

I recently ordered a bicycle transport bag from Planet X to be delivered overseas (a service which they provide in conjunction with their logistics partners). It is now 2 months since I ordered and paid for the goods, and it has still has not been delivered. What makes matters worse is that Planet X does not answer their telephones, so you can never get in contact with their support staff, and they do not respond to any of my emails requesting a refund.

I would like to warn any person against buying any goods from Planet X, and rather make use of any of their competitors who have proven to be reliable suppliers, with great after-sales service, and competitive prices.
