Website is selling illegally. Doesn't deliver goods, doesn't answer phone, doesn't give refunds

This website is pretending to sell goods to customers, however they do not send the goods. Their telephone number is automated and they never pick it up. They do not answer emails. We found out because they are pretending to sell a trademarked product that we make for less than 1/2 the price, which is not only illegal, but unethical. they are using illegal images and copyrighted material from our site and I am sure we are not the only company they are pretending to have products from.

There are in excess of 50 customer reviews on 1 forum (and probably much more) warning customers that the goods will not arrive, and not to waste money.

Customer review websites also ask how can this happen and how can this be reported? Surely someone pretending to sell, and not delivering goods or money is doin so illegally and shouold be reported by the police - website taken down and all customer refunds received?
