I purchased a settee, 18months ago from scs, bham i was deliverd a faulty settee, which was replaced iwth another faulty settee, and so on i have contacted them by letter also called the store several times, to arrange for my new settee, still no luck the settee has been paid in full, pls help, mrs.s.stanton
