Cigarettes keep going out!!

I am disgusted with the fact that they keep putting up prices for a packet of cigarettes and people like myself cant really afford them every single day as benefits these days aren't much. Anyway almost every single pack i have bought this year is terrible, i have 2 or 3 drags and it goes out completely!! i want this issue resolved as i am no longer happy with the quality of the cigarettes!!!
