I am so sorry to be leaving such negative feed bcd I have been a customer of yours for a lng number of years, never buying another brand, I was quite shocked and disappointed to find the majority of the 20 cigarettes I bought were so loosely made they were actually unsmokable!!

I bought these in asda in Hartlepool Marina 28/01/12
