Mastercare Currys, Dixons removal of service paid fo

I have just discovered that the Mastercare extended warranty no longer provides technical or repair advice over the phone.

I have paid for, want and need this service for a large number of electrical goods I have bought from Currys and Dixons and don't see why they can just stop this when it is in my coverplan agreement.

What a con!
