Untrue.com
This i a rip off

I have recently used untrue.com and to my disgust i now realise its a complete rip off and full of fake accounts with no real people interaction, its completely bogus, and so finding this out i thought id unsubscribe and when i followed there instructions to a help line phone number it just wasn't there, so now I'm stuck in it and don't seem to have any way of closing the account, does anyone know how i stop them continuing to take further payment?

this is disgusting to take advantage of the innocent, can anyone advise me please :-)
