I bought tickets from Get Me In for a Bruno Mars concert 2 months in advance, and by the time it was a week before the concert I still hadn't received my tickets for the concert which was on Sunday, so I called Customer Services the Sunday before that. They only told me to call again on Wednesday if I still hadn't received the tickets and didn't make any efforts to contact the seller. I called on Wednesday, and after contacting the seller, they told me to call again if I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation by Thursday afternoon. I asked what would happen if I didn't receive my tickets before the concert, and they said it wouldn't happen because the seller was very reliable.By Thursday I hadn't gotten a confirmation email and I called again, and Get Me In contacted the seller, then told me that the seller didn't have the tickets. They said they would source other tickets for me and assured me that there would be a high chance of getting them, but by Friday I still hadn't heard from them, and when I called again they said that they couldn't find any tickets. All I got was a refund and 50% off my next purchase - as if I would want to buy tickets from their website again after this experience! Inefficient, unreliable, and no guarantee.
