As you can see from the details below, i have been trying to contact this company and getting no response. They have taken £69.98 out of my account and have never supplied the goods. I googled the company and found out the people were making complaints about the company.

As you can see from all the information below - i am trying to track on order wich was supposed to have been sent out by yourselves. Can you please provide me with some information or contact me so i can get my card refunded. I have tried contacting yourselves numerous times and i am basically being ignored. This is unacceptable! After numerous emails and phone calls - can someone please get back to me.

I placed an order on Friday for 2 fire cards. Before placing the order i was advised by email that it would be next day delivery. We are now on Wednesday afternoon and still the goods have not arrived.

I have sent numerous emails through google, however, i still am yet to receive a reply. I have also tried to contact you via telephone (01254 667 770) and receive either an engaged tone or an answer phone but no one ever answers.

Can you please advise of when these will arrive? Seen as i was advised next day i am assuming that they have been sent in a traceable manner!
