RIPPED OFF ILLEGAL SITE Budapest

I bought a tinthepark ticket online from the site www.tinthepark2009.com to find out it is a ficticious site, I paid 199.30 plus postage which was in the region of 5 using visa/debit. To my dismay, I have phoned, emailed this company in supposedly Glasgow, to get nothing but an answer machine, I have reported it to my bank, stopped my card and have reported the matter to the police. Is there any way possible that I may get my money back>? Interested in anyone ever getting a response from this site.?
