Stolen runescape account

Jagex is a f*****g useless site my runescape account was stolen and i have tried for 2 weeks to get it back and they keep saying denied i am topcat33s on runescape my mate stole my account and them f*****g c**ts wont give my account back.

i am outraged and appaled by the customer service on jagex.
