Faulty cigerette

Purchased my regular 20 pk of lambert and butler cigerettes. to find they are extremly dry. the tobacco is falling out of the end when lit and tastes different. Regular customer and this has happened too many times now, and i felt i had to complain to try to rectify this problem.
