Rubbish flower delivery site

I decided to send my friend flowers for her 30th Birthday. She lives in UK, so i found a uk based online flower delivery service. The flowers were to be delivered on a Saturday, she lives above a pub. I received a delivery failure notification at 2pm on the Saturday to say there was no one to accept her delivery... Again she lives above a pub, it was a Saturday and you cannot tell me that a pub is closed over lunch time on the busiest day of the week!
To cut a long story short, she received her flowers 4 days later after i sent about 10 emails and a threat of writing to the press. the flowers were just about dead when my friend eventually got them! totally shocking customer service! and don't think of trying to call either... they don't have a phone number available on their website.
Rubbish company to deal with... disappointing experience!
