Poor Service

I just wished i had seen this post before i had placed my order! i had ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife's birthday. not only did the flowers arrive late but NO CHOCOLATES... what a suprise, right. After the 11th attempt to contact them via telephone, a lady by the name of liby answered. People this might shock you... not only does she possess bad customer service ability but was very rude! In fact she had put the phone down as i was explaining my complaint call.

As the previous blog, please don't use this flower delivery company. You'll be wasting your money!
