Subscribed on 27/02 they have taken almost? 100 from my account and I have received nothing! I have had countless emails from their staff (who are unapologetic and at times rude) in which they have **** to me, saying my magazines had been dispatched, and I waited 21 days, still nothing. When I next emailed they told me I had to wait 7-10 days for replacements, still nothing. I was told there was a problem with my direct debit yet they still managed to take 2 payments from my account. I emailed again and was told to wait a further 21 days. There are no words to describe how annoyed I am, I understand they weren't anticipating the popularity of the magazine butthey have a duty to their customers and they haven't resolved anything!

I am in contact with trading standards and will sue them for breach of contract if they do not resolve anything in their next email.
