Poor quality equipment asked for a replacement, which they messaged me back straight away, unfortunately it was an issue that was originally out of stock... I was fine with that... I then got told that the replacement was sent on the 2nd of April!..I then rang up about money taken from my account on the 16th April and was told it was despatched on the 12th April... I then get a scrappy bit of paper in the post saying sorry the magazine is out of stock we'll send it when we get it!! No approximate time scales!!
