This is a scam company ripping off innocent people and should not be allowed to get away with it

This company are complete fraudsters who are conning people into placing adverts in a police diary which i do not believe goes into circulation.

A salesman came into my premises whilst we were building and decorating prior to opening a few months later. He tried selling me some advertising space which i was too busy to discuss so he asked me for my details ie address and mobile number in order that someone from this company would contact me at a later date to discuss any advert i may want to place if any - no-one called me but decided to send me a proof which they put together without speaking to me and used my private mobile number and my partners number on this proof and no details about my business apart from the name as they never discussed anything with me - we called them to say that we do not authorise any advert but they went ahead and supposedly printed it in a so called police diary.

Although i was furious that they printed our private numbers we never received a single call which is why i thought this was a non existing publication. I also believe that they superimposed my signature onto a non-cancellation contract which someone filled in at a later date - a half page price of 290. which i would never had agreed to.

I NEVER agreed to any advert of any size. If i had i would have given the business phone number not my private number. What an absolute scam this company is - they are getting away with fraud. The annoying thing is i have had to go to court and the judge was completely on their side and i have been ordered to pay them for something i never agreed to.
