Aka Mr Yates Abused me over the telephone threatening to attack me if I didnt obey him

A mr Yates of great gaffs, was using our company to advertise, one day he decided to call our firm and tell us that we wre to book his accommodation for our staff, confused I tried to ask why to which he used abusive and threatenig language and started screaming at me. I put the phone down to which he kept calling back. He then decided to chargeback the money his wife paid us top maket his propert- greatgaffs on the internet. We have read a number of reports online about this fellow and would like to advise all holiday makers not to use greatgaffs for your holiday, the accommodation although cheap is far from good and mr yates is rude ad threatening- not the type of person you should trust for your holiday. A thief and to be honest a rather odd fellow
