Jeremy Oslance Aka Square Trade
Seller Crooked "2nd chance" Ebay scammer using SQUARE TRADE and Ebay Logos and Documents Internet

Accused scammer Jeremy Oslance contacts Ebay bidders reference an item they did not win, telling them via Ebay email that the winner has failed to buy. He offers you a second chance to buy this item at your final Ebay bidding price.

He may use the name and the email address of the legitimate original Ebay seller. Using this stolen ID, he will send official looking documents containg Ebay and Square Trade logos to legitimize his scam.

Oslance will then instruct the victim to send the payment to him via a Money Gram cash transfer, because his Ebay "PayPal account has been compromised". Meanwhile the Ebay item has been sold by the legitimate seller to a legitimate buyer. The accused pockets the stolen payment and of course remits no merchandise.

The accused Jeremy Oslance, is using the payment address of: 73 Regents Park Rd., London, NW1, 8UY, United Kingdom. Oslance also uses a confirmation fax number 1-205-2031690.

There appears to be several close variations of this Ebay scam using Square Trade as a verified seller. I have not figured out yet how the accused is getting the names and emails of his victims, the buyers that did not have the winning bids for merchandise on an Ebay sale.
