Offer technical reports on approval, then aggresively chase payment deceptive company

We were persuaded by a smooth talking salesman to take a technical manual on 21 day approval.

The contents were useless so we returned it the next day.

Now we are being threatend with court action to recover an alleged debt of 345. This is supported with particulars of claim trying to frighten us with the strength of their claim.

This web site shows we're not alone in this. We're fighting so please can we have some support from others who have suffered the same. It would really help our case.
