I requested a collection from DHL. The times of there collection were 8am to 6pm. However at 2pm i got called to an emergeny at the restaurant next door to my house, i left a sign up for them telling them i was there and to pick it up from there. however they completely ignored the notice and posted a card through the door with a reference number and number to call to re arrange. I called the number on the card and waiting in a long queue. After getting to first in the queue a sales pitch started that lasted 3minutes long. i was then bottom of the queue again. after about an hour and £20 credit i gave in. I then rang the delivery number on the back who gave me a different number. i eventually managed to speak to someone but they told me the reference number was a digit short and therefore could not help me. i called back again to see if someone else could be more helpful but she told me as i booked it online i had to re arrange online and repay for it!!! matter still unresolved after lots of emails and expensive phone calls
