Falsely obtaining money for nothing

Rang me up very nice lady managed to persuade me to do a direct debit for £29.99 from my bank acc. When off the phone i then checked their website only to find it a very big scam, trying to get an answer from their phone number that never gets answered. Been to the bank but their is nothing they can do. Please help to ban this scam
