Jagex LTD: Paid for son's account, next day perm. banned, no reply to emails, etc

After paying for my son to become a member of Runescape on May 16, he logged in May 17 to find out that he was banned. Let me say, that this is the most insecure site I have seen. His account has been hacked about 20 times since he started playing about 8 months ago.

Now that his account that I just paid for is BANNED, I am requesting a refund of the $19.95 I sent for his account on May 16. He is no longer able to use his account and I am fighting to get my money back. Three days after paying by PayPal, I got notified that my account had an attempt to hack on it. I have had this account for over 5 years with no problems until I paid them.

I have filed a complaint with the UK BBB. I was able to find a physical address for the "so called company" and for everyone's knowledge, here it is:
