Is a fraud and ripped me off Ripoff

I got perm banned for offensive language but i had friends who have done worse things like autoing and have been unbanned sometimes unbanned twice.. jagex bans people for autoing and yet they do it because i sent an appology trying to explain in as many words that the little 400 word box gives you just to get a fake reply from them and i worked so hard for a little over a year spending money just to get something that i did not deserve.. and an auto reply to the appeal i had sent in.. i cannot contact jagex whatsoever and have asked friends and mods to help and no one can. im not the one to give up on stuff and i never have been but in this case i feel like i have been cheated out of time and money. i tried to get help also through a rant on forums and was told by mods not to talk about bans and had the thread locked.. in the past four weeks i have been through crap trying to get this account back because it really means alot to me and they dont even take the time to read what people have to say or care.. because they only care about money. they ban people for autoing yet they do it and thats truly sad. i think that they should have at least given me more of a reason for perm banning me since i only had been banned once before for 3 days and usually you get a week after that which i had never gotten. im not really sure what this web site does but i am furious with this company and in my eyes they are frauds and they just dont care if they hurt people or not. my friend nathan got banned about 3 times on different accounts for impersonating jagex autoing and offensive language and got unbanned all three times. they change the rules to where you can only appeal once now and there is no way to contact jag whatsoever you try to complain and jag mods write back saying there is nothing they can do.. it use to be where u could appeal it more times and now because of the change your pretty much screwed if you get denied.. i just really want my account back and im going through hell trying. thank you for reading this though and i really hope there is something you can do about this wrongful doing.
