Send me an invalid product key and ignores my e-mails when I ask for a refund Nationwide

I wanted to upgrade a computer program to the pro version and a company called Softwrap sends product keys to do so. However, the product key then sent me is invalid and when I ask them for an explanation and a refund they ignore me. They have ignored four of my e-mails so far.

I'm not the only one they're ignoring. I found a message board and someone there has been waiting over two months now. There are dozens of people who posted on that message board who have a problem similar to mine.

I filed a report on Papyal (which I used to pay Softwrap) but they autimatically closed the report without looking at it. This makes it all a bit more frustrating.

I want to do everything I can to make people aware of how Softwrap treats its customers. I'm not just doing this for myself. If someone can convince Softwrap to apologize to me and everyone else they ripped off I'd be very happy, even if I don't get my money back.
