Further to my post on the 14th. August, either because of or in spite of the post my goods were delivered today on the 20th. I reiterate that their customer service is appalling but they have always delivered my goods, even if it took over three weeks this time. I would suggest to anyone with a problem to try contacting Fillipe at customerservices@e-tobaccos.com
