I have used e-tobaccos for some years and although their customer service is dreadful they have always delivered my order, until now. Order placed 27th June, money drawn on the 2nd. August, no goods. Two e-mails to customer service (?) elicites automatic response e-mails with a ticket number but no information. Maybe their computer decides who to rip off and when. As previously noted it is impossible to find an address or a telephone number.
