Money taken, but goods not received

I have traded with this company on three occassions, twice last year and had no problem in receiving the goods I ordered, but unfortunately the goods I ordered in July have not been not been delivered although the money has been taken from my account.

They are completely ignoring my e-mails. So I am going to contact my bank with a view of hopefully getting my money back, but unfortunately I don't know how successful I will be, as I paid by my debit card, whereas if I had paid by a credit card, I know I would have had a chance.

Personal experience, I know I never learn.
