Still awaiting refund!

I was told at the beginning of the year that they had a back log of refunds that they were doing, well it is now 18th February and i am still waiting for this refund, it has really annoyed me as my friend who ordered something around the same time and then complained because she never received it has received her refund no problem, I am getting fed up with keep emailing this company to try and found out what is going on as i am now no longer getting any replys to my emails, i have emailed them 3 or 4 times in the last month.
