Hart to Hart Complete Box Set
Faulty DVD's

I ordered the complete Hart to Hart Box Set from classicdvdmedia and the dvd's dont play on any of my dvd players which are multi regional or on my Xbox as stated on their website.

Quote" Will the DVD's work on my DVD player?

The DVD's are region free which means they will play on over 99% of DVD players. This includes the major Gaming Systems (Sony Playstation and Microsoft XBox) If you experience problems with the DVD's we will be happy to offer you a Full Refund. "

I have emailed stating that their product is faulty and asking how I send them back, as their is no return address on their wesite, I have not received a response as yet.
