I ordered a box of customised cupcakes for my son, his wife and daughter as they had just had their second daughter born, and my son helped deliver his daughter.

I received an email saying they had problems with their delivery company. When you email them to find out where your order is all you get is the same automated email telling you about their delivery problems.

I ordered these a week before christmas and I havent received the order or a refund.

This is appalling. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
