I orderd a pizza via the iPhone dolminos app, put my order through and my card was declined with them twice. Knowing I had money in my account I called the store to order and was suscesful. A few days later I noticed I had been charged 3 times for the pizza do was charged £45 in total. I visited the store to be told they knew about this happening and should be refunded automatically within 2 working days. The pizza was ordered on the 8th November and is now 24th November and still no payment recieved. I have called the store and visited twice and told there is no head office to contact I have to just wait. The customer service has been appalling and have not had a appologige so far, been felt as If I am being a awkward customer for asking for my money back
