Cellphone not working

I topped up my nomi mobile this afternoon, now it will not send texts and when i try to call the help desk or any other number there is just an automated message saying the number is not recognised in the network. is anyone else having a similar problem? the company seemed to have technical difficulties over the last weekend as well.
