Will not refund money

I went onto adultsingles365 and paid the fee then wrote my profile but i added the date i joined, then i was told i could not become a member because i put the date i joined, but they had taken the money out of my debit card so i phoned them this is all within minutes of them taking my money and spoke to someone and was told thats fine after he checked that i never became a member and told me he will put it back into my bank account, but now someone else has said lets keep his money and not give him it back what can he do about it, so thats what they have done, so i would warn people be very wary if you are going to be a member on this site adultsingles365 i would say they are just a bunch of cowboys and never give them your credit or debit card details .mr docherty
