No wedding photos or dvd received

We booked clayton bennett and rose ellen bennettt to do our wedding on the 21 may. after having problems with them before our wedding we were unsure if they were even guna turn up. I was told not to contact them at all. they were sending someone to do the video and photos. Yes they did just that but after several emails to them with not one reply. ALSO calls after calls to both numbers again no one answering. I finaly got a message by text off rose ellen who told me that my disc with photos had been posted but must of been lost. She then said that she was away on holiday whn got back wou;d send again. It still not arrived i have yet again sent emails after emails. RANG AND RANG AND RANG.
