False advert

I thought I was buying download for nero 8.2 trial and purchased 3 yrs service was given a user name and password but no serial number. a complete fraud. Also and more scary when i input my credit card details and got to the security password for my credit card i CANCELLED as i was not happy then, the payment was accepted though. I phoned barclaycard and asked for the pending £19.71 not to be accepted but they said it had to go through and claim later. Can you refund me my merchant system order was 22095426 04/08 5.35.57pm. I really hope you can help. and this site should be removed from google search. thanking you, Patricia
